Rocky Vista administrators anticipate this Ivins Utah school will bring approximately 125 medical students to the area, utilizing Snow Canyon Clinic, along with the medical school campus located at 200 E .Center Street in Ivins, Utah.
Rocky Vista University will also work with the Southern Utah Veteran’s Home since this Ivins Utah school is designated as “military friendly” and the veteran’s home is adjacent to the Ivins, Utah school property.
According to the Rocky Vista University web site, the Ivins Utah schools medical school location will employ roughly 35 full-time professional educators (physicians and PhDs) and 47 administrative staff.
High school Ivins Utah schools
Tuacahn High School
1100 Tuacahn Drive, Ivins, Utah
Touting a school that has put performance as part of the overall academic experience, rather than simply part of one’s extracurricular achievements, Tuacahn High School is the only one of Ivins Utah schools teaching grades 9-12.
According to www.tuacahnhs.org, Tuacahn High School, located in Ivins, Utah, is a charter school “open for admission to all Utah high school student’s grades 9-12. All students must apply for admission. Once admitted, returning students must also supply a written statement of intent if they plan to return as a continuing student.”

Open since 2009, Vista Elementary adds another layer to the educational offerings in Ivins Utah schools, by focusing on “an educational environment where immersion in the arts and technology inspires student growth,” according to www.vistautah.com
Students interested in this charter school must apply for consideration and be drawn out in a lottery for acceptance. Once accepted, students can participate in a wide range of music, theater and arts courses as part of their daily class rotation. Some of the options currently available at Ivins Utah schools include strings, piano, dance, theater, choir, and visual art.
“The unique exposure to arts at a young age gives students the opportunity to explore interests and talents that many students in other schools never realize they have,” according to Vista School web site. “Because Vista is a public school, the courses are free to Vista students.”
Red Mountain Elementary

Falling under the umbrella of the Washington County School District, Red Mountain Elementary is another of the offerings when it comes to Ivins Utah schools.
Open to students in Ivins, Utah grades K-5, Red Mountain Elementary seeks to ensure “high levels of learning for every student, every day,” according to http://rmes.washk12.org/
Because Red Mountain Elementary falls under the public schools category, there is not application necessary, and all students are welcome to attend.
Students from Red Mountain Elementary eventually feed into the Snow Canyon High School cone site, which includes furthering their education at Snow Canyon Middle School and Snow Canyon High School. Neither of these are technically Ivins, Utah schools, but are located just beyond the border of Ivins, Utah in Santa Clara, Utah.
