Great options for gymnastics St George

If you’re looking for a way to build confidence and physical fitness with opportunities for childhood play, gymnastics St George may be the best way.

Gymnastics St George | the thrill

For many of us, watching gymnasts vault, leap, dance and balance their way through a variety of difficult routines is as close as we will ever get to the sport. There’s something thrilling about watching the elite of the elite pushing through the pain to win gold at the Olympics. Or turning out an unbelievable performance when everything hangs in the balance.

But there are plenty of kids who want a shot at that kind of competition. Even if they will never achieve the Olympic level kind. One day, perhaps, but in their mind they just want to try. Try walking on the balance beam. To feel the floor routine floor to see if it really has any additional bounce to it. After all, the gymnasts themselves make the flips, twists and jumps seem so effortless. We imagine it must have some spring in the ground.

Coral Peak Gymnastics

The best way to get a feel for the training available at Coral Peak Gymnastics St George is to register for a free trial. That way, you can determine if you’ll really enjoy the classes. And the coaches can get a feel for what level each student should be in.

Currently four coaches share the load at Coral Peak Gymnastics St George. Beth Julian is the head coach, with Jason Jones, Keith McLaughlin as the head tumbling coach, and Ashley McLaughlin coaching floor and beam.

Like other Gymnastics St George facilities, Coral Peak offers classes for tots, pre-school, early grades and beyond. There is also differentiation between gymnastics classes and tumbling classes. Some people want to get their bodies ready for cheerleading, or just want to know how to do a handstand on their own. While others are anxious to learn the entire gymnastics sport — including all the work on each apparatus.

Coral Peak is temporarily located at a facility in Bloomington while a new more permanent location is being finalized in the Washington City area.
