Riggatti’s Wood Fired Pizza

Go back in time to the way pizza was originally made, with fire. Creating high quality hand-tossed, artisan, wood-fired pizzas, with the dough and cooking being after the Napoletano or Neapolitan style. The use of slow double rising dough, gives you great taste and texture. Rigattis wood-fired oven temperature is between 700 and 800 degrees. This lets the crust rise rapidly, giving you that soft artisan texture and taste that creates the perfect pizza. Only fresh, great tasting toppings and imported plum tomatoes are used to insure the best tasting pizzas. The high temperatures from our wood-fired oven “flash” the toppings, allowing them to remain fresh and distinct one from another. They have gluten free options! Delicious! Don’t leave without an order of the cinnamon breadsticks! So good! Great customer service! Very friendly.

The Pizza Factory
In the 1970’s, Bill Kringlen and a group of friends tried to find a pizza parlor to dine at. After coming up empty, they finally discovered that there weren’t any St. George Utah pizza restaurants. The group of friends decided to do something about it. It was then that the idea for The Pizza Factory was born.
Recipes
One of the original owners was a cook who had some available recipes, which throughout the years have been refined to include Chicago-style deep-dish pizza, specialty pizzas and sandwiches, calzones, a fresh salad bar, great desserts, custom-built cookies, smoothies and more. Our family favorite are the curly breadsticks with Alfredo sauce. Yum!
