Art galleries, book stores, antique shops, and Native American arts and crafts line the streets. Springdale also attracts master chefs from around the globe and thus has some of the best restaurants in all of southern Utah.
The current population of Springdale, Utah is approximately 650. It’s elevation is 3900 ft, which lends to mild winters and cooler summers than it’s desert neighbor St. George. It is within a 20-minute drive of the city of Hurricane, an hour’s drive of St. George, Cedar City, Cedar Breaks and Snow Canyon, and two hour’s drive of Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Lake Powell and Brian Head Ski Resort.
