The HOA fees include Entrada membership which gives access to pools, pickle ball courts, tennis courts and other amenities provided. This DOES NOT have a golf membership associated with it. The extra deep 2 car garage has a second entrance specifically for your personal golf cart (making it 2.5 car garage). In 2021 The home was completely painted interior and exterior. Replaced carpeting throughout entirety of home, and added window coverings to every window. The 2 large fans in great room and kitchen were replaced.
