Oscar’s Cafe is a favorite one of mine.  With great indoor or outdoor sitting, this Mexican style restaurant which serves large portions of dishes such as tacos, wraps, burgers, southwest salads, also offers delicious vegan dishes. Beer and wine are available. Being a full-service restaurant for 21 years in Springdale, Utah, this café started out as a walk up and order eatery. Enjoy breakfast at Oscar’s.  With pancakes, omelets, and breakfast burritos, you will be ready to start your hike in Zion National Park.

Bit and Spur is another Mexican restaurant that serves meat, beer, wine and margaritas with vegan options available. This delicious restaurant is just located just steps outside of Zion National Park. Features live music and dining with 360-degree red rock views.  Available for purchase is their Bit & Spur Fire Lizard Sauce and Bit & Spur Chile Ketchup. They also offer catering services for a variety of events and special occasions including weddings.

Café Soleil, another great restaurant in Springdale, Utah.  Serving American, pizza, organic and vegan foods.  They use healthy, organic & local ingredients. Serving breakfast and lunch. This small café close to the entrance of Zion National Park has symbols for vegan and vegetarian choices on their menu. Vegan items include, a tofu scramble with Daiya cheese, steel cut oats, sprouted buckwheat groats with seeds, nuts and fresh fruits with three choices of vegan milks: soy, coconut or almond milk.  Espressos, smoothies, sandwiches, salads & more is available on the menu as well. Café Soleil showcases Zion Canyon local artists & musicians. Come to this restaurant to see local Springdale, Utah crafts.

Breakfast choices:  Croissant breakfast sandwich; steel cut oats; breakfast burrito; veggie stacked scramble; bagel breakfast sandwich and more.

Another great restaurant in Springdale, Utah. Opened in 2003. Thai Sapa serves wonderful Asian fare.  Sapa is a tribe in North Vietnam. The Chef, Tung makes amazing cuisine. This restaurant uses locally sourced ingredients and has a variety of vegetarian and vegan options, which are clearly marked on the menu. No MSG. Serves organic green tea, organic coffee and organic cappuccino.  Salads, soups and desserts are also available. Serving beer and wine. Located just 1/4 mile south of the Zion National Park entrance in Springdale, Utah.
